Dreamforce is the largest software industry conference held every year in San Francisco. As a Salesforce Architect and director of a salesforce consulting company, this technology conference was motivating and inspiring for me. Dreamforce 2015 was path-breaking for CRM as it brought customers and companies together by launching new products. This is also a global platform for meeting and interacting with Salesforce executives. In Dreamforce 2015, Salesforce announced new additions like wave actions, lightning reports and embedded dashboards. Salesforce took its partnership to a completely new level by integrating several Microsoft products into its ecosystem.
I was proud to be part of Dreamforce 2016 that was the largest gathering of Salesforce Trailblazers. Dreamforce conferences not only help in personal enlightenment but are also a community platform for trailblazers, employees, customers and partners. My days at the conference were packed with continuous interactions with other attendees and Salesforce consultants. The top announcements of Dreamforce 2016 were Salesforce Einstein, Quip and Salesforce Live message.
After attending 2 Dreamforce events (2015 and 2016), I was all geared up for the 2017 trailblazer conference. There were a host of activities like keynotes, fireside chats, breakout sessions and equality summit. I met CEOs of different companies and heard inspiring talks from the world’s greatest Trailblazers. The products launched in Dreamforce 2017 were about customization and included myLightning, mySalesforce, myEinstein, myIoT and myTrailhead.
Dreamforce is a four day long event for connecting with fellow trailblazers. As Trailhead group leader, I got an opportunity for getting insights into product innovation, best practices of Salesforce, case studies and expert panel discussions. Sharing knowledge and skills with the huge Salesforce community was a rewarding experience for me. I also met my MVP ohana and got to expand my networking areas. The Customer 360 dashboard was the product highlight of Dreamforce 2018.
